   Identifying critical security and control weaknesses and process gaps for Maxis Business Operations by conducting and carrying out security surveys and audits at Maxis buildings, Technical Operating Centers and Retail Outlets. To identify potential risk on these premises and closure of these risk findings. Ensuring that gaps/weaknesses on existing processes/policies are reviewed monitored and closed accordingly. Manage manguarding vendor contracts and to ensure that contractual obligations by these vendors are met in accordance to the agreement. To support and assist the Network division in keeping vandalism and theft cases at BTS, HUB & BSC’s at a minimal level. To maintain a good and strong relationship with PDRM through active liaison for the benefit of vandalism. To conduct investigations as assigned and recommend for remedial actions.  Provide continuous support to all Business Units and ensure that threats to personal, assets and business operations are properly identified, evaluated and countered in timely and cost effective manner specifically for Eastern Region. To formulate and implement security procedures and work system for the said region and execute it. Show less
