      Digital Web & App Project Manager

      Project managing end to end digital transformation projects across both Web and App at The National Lottery working with a varying project team consisting of UX/UI, Front end dev, CMS, CRM, technology, quality assurance and data analytics. I am experienced in both Agile & Waterfall methodologies and I am APM PMQ project management qualification level 4 certified. I have a proven track record of delivering projects on time, in budget and with a happy project team in a highly regulated industry. I have worked across projects in both the Digital & Retail sector and managed third parties throughout my career. In my current role I work on Web and App optimisation projects. Alongside my core project team I also work closely with PMO, finance, regulatory and corporate responsibility. I pride myself in my ability to form and maintain strong relationships with my project team, stakeholders (both internal and external) and 3rd parties I work with. I am a great communicator both verbally and written with the ability to flex my approach to suit each project, I think my previous experience in account management really allowed me to perfect this skill and bring a commercial understanding to my projects.
