I learned how to work at UPS, both physically and mentally, a value I carry to this very day.

  Perform contract building or facility refurbishment to prepare properties for sale or enhancement. I hold an insurance adjuster's license from the state of Georgia as well as a Georgia Pest Control Operator's license. I am also certified by the State of Georgia facilitating and issuing general pest control and termite continuing education hours. I also work as an on call recovery diver on Lake Lanier as I have been a certified SCUBA diver since 1984.
