  I am an Assistant Food and Beverage Manager at Bayside Resort Golf Club, located in Selbyville Delaware. I split my focus on two restaurants on the property; Signature’s at Bayside (restaurant at the clubhouse), and 38 Degrees (seasonal restaurant overlooking the beautiful skyline of Ocean City, Maryland). My role includes LBW ordering for multiple outlets, scheduling hourly staff, booking live entertainment, assisting in training staff, and any other tasks assigned to me contributing to the overall success at both locations.In addition for in-season (April-September), I assist with the operations of two pool bars, one pool concession stand, and on-course F&B operations.
