      Owning all aspects of the safe and efficient delivery of crisps, snacks and cereals, this role involves the setting and control of an annual budget of £6.5million with seven direct reports managing 80 drivers. Leading a shift at a 220,000ft² warehouse with a storage capacity for 15,500 pallets this role involved the process of re-establishing the key fundamentals and setting clear expectations around standards, team working, operating practices, individual and shift efficiencies. Joinied the business at the start-up of a new production line I was heavily involved in recruitment and set-up. Management and development of the new production line including setting very clear individual and team objectives, ensuring a high level of engagement at all levels.
