      Group Fitness Instructor

      Stow fitness center is more than your typical gym. They offer a wide array of fitness equipment for personal use as well as a vast number of group fitness classes that are included with membership. I have been a member of this gym since 2006, and became a fitness instructor in 2010. I love all the fitness classes, but my favorite are Groove (a fitness dance class) and Active (an all-in-one total body workout that incorporates cardio, weights, balance and core strength). I also take advantage of the on-site personal training to help keep me in better shape to continue to deliver high quality classes for the members. Show less
