      Provided comprehensive agency administration and assistance to Executive Director and Board of Directors. Designed, supervised and marketed all aspects of domestic violence 24-hour hotline, shelter, outreach, volunteer and children’s programs and legal, counseling and social services. Hired, trained and supervised 20 paid and volunteer staff, with high rate of staff job satisfaction & teamwork. Successfully wrote grants and maintained funding contracts with comprehensive statistic and service reports. Designed 40-Hour Certificate Training Program in accordance with CA Office of Criminal Justice Planning requirements in order to secure the shelter’s first O.C.J.P. multi-year contract grant. Increased shelter room and bed capacity. Doubled funding for bilingual service expansion. Collaborated with L.B.P.D. to establish and secure C.O.P.S. funding for the successful pilot program, Domestic Abuse Response Team, offering immediate on-site multi-agency victim assistance.       As the Sustainable Transportation Coordinator (Administrative Analyst/Specialist I Exempt), planned and executed all programs & services for the Rideshare Sustainable Transportation Program for 40,000 diverse University faculty, students and staff in compliance with AQMD requirements; instituted, marketed, and sustained the highly successful U-PASS Transit Program, providing free rides on Long Beach Transit to over 9,000 CSULB students and employees each month; provided public speaking, media relations, client services, surveys, statistic & service reports; created Rideshare web site, Facebook and Twitter accounts, making user interface available for the first time; instituted & marketed Zimride ridematch, Zipcar car-share, and collaborated on and was awarded grant funding for bike share.
