Platform is expected to bring in 4M CAD additional revenue in next 3 years.• Lead a team on evaluating payment and billing platform for Global A&H. Tasked with consolidating to handful of payment and 2 billing platforms for Global A&H that does Business in 45 countries.• Successfully managed and delivered the $3.5M Canada Accident & Health Migration to Consumer Insurance Platform (CIP) project supporting $90M+ in premium. As a continuation of this project, delivered around 20 High enhancements in the first year after go-live• Reduced Application footprint in 3Q 2019 by combining functionalities of 3 Claims applications to 1 application as part of Application Consolidation strategy. Savings of $700K per year.• Application Modernization Initiative - WAS8.5/Java8 upgrade of 2 Claims applications and MFaaS migration to IBM Cloud• Student Insurance merger into A&H - Lead the team in merging IT of 3 companies with annual revenue of $300M acquired by AIG A&H to boost their Student Insurance Business.
