Elevating roles and responsibilities of the function based on Company priorities and goals- Planning the R&D and new technological capabilities in accordance with the Company strategic product expansion plan (5-7 y) and operational NPD plan (12-18 m).- Coordinating technology related activities as a part of NPD Stage-Gate process: discovery of technological and raw material innovations, formulation and product stability, technological process design, industrialization and start of regular production.- Cooperating with Marketing, Project, Water Resource and Engineering functions to ensure the acquisition of best value manufacturing lines within the range of following technologies: aseptic PET and carton filling, non-preservative can filling, tunnel pasteurization, etc.My achievements;- Built a centrailzed New Product Development (NPD) Technology function from a ground level.- Implemented a state of the art tecnological solution (dry aseptic) for 2 production sites to enable the manufacturing of a wide lineup of neutral pH products. Started in 2020 from analyzing a 3-year portfolio plan and finished in 2022 with organizing the production process on newly purchased PET lines.- Implemented in-house sensory research program in collaboration with third party experts.- Facilitated the launches of mineral-water based beverages for Borjomi, Morshinska and Saint Spring brands.
