      Activities and Societies: Trainer Internal Practical Internship in which I learned how to execute a successful workshop as a facilitator or a trainer; and how to carry out several mini- workshops amongst other interns in preparation for the final workshop at the end of the internship. My main focus during my Master's Degree was Health and Clinical Psychology. Health psychology helped me understand how psychological, behavioral, and cultural factors contribute to physical health and illness.       •Co-chair and co-founding member of The Diversity and Inclusion Network, which is agroup comprised of staff from international organizations based in The Hague,namely – Special Tribunal for Lebanon (STL), International Residual Mechanism forCriminal Tribunals, (IRMCT), Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons(OPCW) and the International Criminal Court (ICC). • Currently providing certified workshops and trainings in dealing with Unconscious Biases,LGBTQIA+ matters and Disabilities to my colleagues at the ICC and the above mentionedInternational Organizations here in The Hague. • Coming up with innovative ways to continuously create awareness through the use of eventsto commemorate important dates around the year such as the International Day AgainstHomophobia, Transphobia and Biphobia, or the The International Day for the Elimination ofRacial Discrimination. •Creating and executing annual events on a large scale that serve as a means to create awarenessfor the several diversity and inclusion topics that the network advocates for. •Approving and drafting policies on the processes of the Network along with the board arepart of my key tasks.•Carrying out ‘Training of Trainer’ sessions through which we recruit members of the networkand train those interested in becoming a trainer qualified in administering the certifiedworkshops to participants.•Being responsible for the growth of the Network and therefore the recruitment of newmembers from our current member organizations and from new organizations.•Expanding the perspective of the network in terms of topics covered and therefore coming upwith new trainings and workshops that match.
