      Shonn Brothers are a wholesalers and distributors of household goods, such as toys and kitchenware, to independent retailers and pound shops.My varied role included the following:• Applying for credit limits on any new and existing accounts. Liaising with accounts that failed credit limit checks to arrange new terms of business and/or pre-payments.• Chased outstanding debt and accounts in arrears by telephone, letter and fax. Reporting debtors to collection agency.• Alongside Managing Director, Daniel Shonn, set up a sales rep based arm to the business. This included being responsible for setting up all the required systems.• Created sales brochures for sales representatives and provided weekly stock updates.• Liaised with sales representatives and customers both face-to-face and over the phone.• Checked stock discrepancies and resolved where possible.
