  The MSIO student consulting firm provides a variety of consulting services to our clients including but not limited to: Program Evaluation, Job Analysis, and Test Development. Alongside a Senior IO Proffessor and 5 other MSIO students, we conducted a program evaluation to assess the effectiveness of the United Way Financial Literacy Program for Foster Youth. I took on the data analyst lead in the project for quantitative analysis and data management. In addition i also helped to develop a Self-Efficacy in Financial Literacy Scale. We also conducted interviews and qualitative analysis as a team. At the end of the project we provided a full report of the program complete with findings and reccomendations for improvement. The clinet was very happy with our product and wanted to contract us in the future immediately, personally thanking me for my work on the data analysis portion of things and being prepared.
