  Senior Consultant and Lead Project Manager/Programme Manager responsible for the delivery of a new back-end payments system into four African countries at one of South Africa's Tier 1 banks. Responsibilities involved engaging with the Reserve Banks of each country to gather requirements and understand the regulation within which the payments system is confined. This included coordinating the application and certification of new banking licenses for two African countries.
