  As a Program Manager, my duty was to ensure successful completion of Multi Award Contracts (MAC) from various Government Agencies (Ex: DoD, GSA, LAUSD, City of LA, City of Long Beach, Orange County). MAC is evaluated yearly and depending on client evaluation of how successful the projects were, the contract is renewed each year up to 5 years. All MAC contracts under my supervision had renewed to its maximum term and were often used as reference to win the next contract. My experience within MAC contracts consist of many type of construction. From New Ground Up projects to general tenant improvement to various specialty trades such as Paving streets, Roofing, HVAC renovation, Electrical upgrade, Plumbing renovation, Painting, etc. (see attached project list and description)My duties as a PG consist of:• Managed multiple construction projects from the initial bidding stage to the final completion. • Estimate and establish budgets and contract price (GMP/GMAX/Lump Sum) and Negotiate. • Established good working relationships with clients and many of their references were used to win the next contract.• Resolved cost and budget issues and, if necessary, value engineered to meet the client budget. • Oversaw contractual aspects of the projects in order to minimize the risk.• Proactively communicated with architects, engineers, field personnel, sub-contractors and vendors to identify and resolve hidden or unforeseen problems. • Analyzed project specifications to comply project requirements and reviewed the plans to determine the technical feasibility, use of right product and sometimes to meet specific request by clients. • Oversaw conformity to standards and local regulations. • Oversaw construction activities to meet on schedule, on budget completion of project.• Guided Daily/Weekly reports, RFI’s, Change Order, Meeting minutes and other submittals to meet the specification requirement.
