      As a marketing intern, I worked on ITC loyalty program 'Welcom Link' ,where I got a deep understanding of its competitor landscape and what sets ITC apart as a brand.Welcom link is a loyalty program that caters to the needs of intermediaries who make bulk bookings like secretaries , wedding planners etc. While working on the project , I gathered insights on how to best brand a loyalty program and gave recommendations on how to revamp 'Welcom Link'
