President Ghani Mar 2020 During the Covid-19 pandemic period where schools and universities were closed, we developed a Higher Education Learning Management System (HELMS) for the Ministry of Higher Education of Afghanistan. HELMS currently serves more than 220k users and is implemented in 68 universities (both public and private universities). Our team was awarded the Ghazi Mir Bacha Khan State Medal by H.E. Ghani, President of Afghanistan, for the successful implementation of the system.
