      I lived with and worked with three missionary families who serve in a rural Honduran community outside the La Ceiba city limits. I translated and prepared for short term teams, helped on the construction sites, taught English, helped organize and run soccer camps, and helped organize programs and trips for the kids in the community.

      Serve as project manager for the national annual report for all US Habitat ReStores (900+ stores). This involves building a survey that integrates with our database (Salesforce); gathering, scrubbing, and analyzing hundreds of data points from each store; writing a report; and publishing the final data set.Manage all outbound communications to and publication of resources for the national Habitat ReStore network. Monitor and evaluate access metrics and trends to maximize effectiveness and improve user experience.Manage all inbound communications from 900+ stores using our CRM platform. Oversee all inbound questions, complaints, and other communications for the department.
