  As a Property Analyst in the Acquisitions team at Sentinel Property Group, I undertook due diligence on acquisitions of all asset classes including retail, commercial, industrial and non-traditional property assets such as those in the tourism or agricultural sector. This included underwriting and the preparation of detailed financials and cash flows, investor documentation including investor overviews and information memorandums and the co-ordination of consultants that are engaged during the due diligence process.
