Maintenance Profile:-Essar oil Mega Shut Down- Shutdown Manager-Maintenance of- -150 MT PA SULFUR recovery units.-32 heat ex-changers,including bundle pullout,final test Etc.involving all kinds of activity involved related to shut down.-Sulfur condenser and its MOC jobs, provision of manhole for maintenance.-Total 54 Fin fan cooler bundle including hydro test.-Columns internal corrosion inspections and maint.& alignment of trays.-27 Nos.various sizes Vessels,Ejectors inspected internally for corrosion assessment.- Waste heat boilers and Incinerator Furnaces,installation of new ceramic ferrules,tube cleaning, burner service by OEM Duiker, and replacement of air nose of burner.-More than 125 nos.of OLS job,5 nos.of IBR jobs completed including 4 nos IBR MOC jobs attended in the shutdown.-more than 200 nos. of various types of valves including CV, PSV, IV valves.Manager BOP maintenance.-Internal IMS auditor and Prepared all IMS documents for the Dept.-Maintenance of Cooling towers 4x12 cells.
