This includes creating logic diagrams, writing ladder logic, and configuring HMI (Human-Machine Interface) displays.▪️SCADA: Design and implement Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition systems to monitor and control processes in real-time. Create intuitive and user-friendly graphical interfaces for operators to interact with the system efficiently using Ignition SCADA (Inductive Automation) and WinCC (Siemens) SCADA.▪️Instrumentation: Select, install, calibrate, and maintain a wide range of instruments, sensors, and transmitters to measure variables such as temperature, pressure, flow, and level. Ensure the accuracy and reliability of data collected from these devices.▪️Communication Protocols: Proficiently work with communication protocols like Profibus, Profinet, Modbus, KEPServerEX integration, and Danfoss and PowerFlex Drives interfaces to enable seamless data exchange between various control devices and systems. Troubleshoot and configure network communication to ensure data integrity and efficiency.▪️System Integration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including electrical engineers, mechanical engineers, and process engineers, to integrate control and instrumentation systems into overall plant processes and automation systems.▪️VMWare ESXi Virtualization: Work with VMWare EXSI virtualization to manage and optimize virtual environments, ensuring the seamless integration of control systems within the virtualized infrastructure.▪️Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of control system configurations, PLC programs, instrumentation specifications, and network layouts.
