The team’s responsibility is to help build and maintain integrations into various applications and other systems. The scope of my teams’ systems include, but not limited to, productivity tools, network, user provisioning, IT Support and meeting room management. We have around 1 to 2 new projects a month. I am responsible for performance management, mentoring and backlog management within the team. I am also an individual contributor for this team.I helped create and staff a new team within IT Services that is dedicated to Identity ManagementThe company underwent a migration and consolidation of identity providers and user provisioning systems. The company decided to consolidate to Okta. There was no team as such for this product but I proposed and justified the formation of a dedicated Identity Management Team . The team’s responsibility is to migrate application’s SSO from Active Directory Federate Services to Okta. We are migrating provisioning from custom scripts to built-in provisioning connectors or custom built SCIM provisioning. The aim is to have all authentication and user provisioning being mastered from Okta for all companies in the group.
