  I dealt with a comprehensive conducting matters related to public procurement - from the organization of the procedure with relevant specialists, through the preparation of specifications, contracts and documents, conducting the entire procedure to the conclusion of the contract and monitoring the implementation of its subject matter. I worked with legal advisers and specialists in various fields - from architecture and construction, through specialized services, to the widely understood computer science. I moved over 80 different kinds of proceedings.I was in contact with various institutions, ministries and other entities.In addition, in consultation with employees and superiors I was preparing the procurement plan.At the same time I was jointly responsible (from the financial and organizational sides) for construction investments and investment purchases, including their planning and coordination. Show less My main task was to assistance and support employees in the organization of their business travels while simultaneously to coordinate and synchronize all of that trips (approx. 3000 annually), in order to control and reduce overall costs. I co-created solutions that helped reduce the overall cost of business travels by approx. 20% and allows for constant and ongoing control of such expenditure.Beside that I manage office space and warehouse office (approx. 600 rooms for more than 1000 employees) and cared for supply of office supplies.
