  As an independent consultant, I was involved in providing environmental advice and training to a number of private and public sector clients. This included work relating to carbon reduction, sustainable communities and generic skills development.

  Feb 2009 - now

  Working within the Global Sustainability Institute my role is to embed sustainability into the existing and new curricula at Anglia Ruskin University and to undertake research under the Institute's Education for Sustainability theme. Part of the Higher Skills @ Work team at the University which is about identifying opportunities, consulting and collaborating with employers to develop Higher Level (degree level and above) awards which address the needs of their business. It is also about making the learning more accessible, e.g. through workplace learning and accreditation of prior experience, to those already in work.
