  - Lead Petroleum Engineer for the East Soldado Field (approx. 200 wells).- Successfully implemented Jet Pump technology in the Soldado oilfield as a method of artificial lift to reactivate idle wells which increased field production by 300 BOPD. Authored SPE paper on this experience.- Accomplished 89% increase in oil production while reducing injection gas requirement by 61% by optimizing gas-assisted plunger lift wells. - Achieved an increase in well cumulative production by reviewing low-producing wells and converting suitable candidates to various methods of artificial lift (such as PCP, gas lift, plunger lift and hydraulic/jet pump).- Spearheaded projects to increase oil production for low producing wells, thereby improving production rate of the entire field. This was done by assessing opportunities for completing and producing up-hole prospects using well/reservoir data such as well logs, structure maps, well correlations, histories, reservoir properties, nodal analysis and economic analysis.- Led multidisciplinary teams consisting of Geologists, Reservoir Engineers, Production Supervisors, Process Engineers, and Infrastructure personnel in well, platform and field reviews to identify gaps, bottlenecks and opportunities to increase production from the reservoirs.- Used nodal analysis to evaluate initial well potential and identify opportunities for production optimization and for troubleshooting naturally-flowing wells and wells on artificial lift.- Developed completion programs for completing newly drilled wells and workover programs for existing wells. These include perforating, sand control, hydraulic fracturing, coil tubing interventions, production logging tools, tubing revamps, gas lift revamps, ESP and PCP conversions and revamps, slick-line and wireline interventions in accordance with HSE policies and procedures.- Analyzed BHP/Build-Up Surveys and Pressure Transient Analysis for reservoir characterization and description.
