  I am currently working on the New Digital Workplace (NDWP) project. NDWP leverage on the use of technology to enhance productivity, reduce pain point and improve processes. NDWP also enables new and more effective ways of working; raises employee engagement and agility; and exploits consumer-oriented styles and technologies. The goal of NDWP, as an evolution of the existing intranet, is thus to improve the work lives of GovTech staff with it being a strategic enabler.Achievement:1) Implemented ONESpace, an award winning Intranet, together with Procurement Assistant app that cut down time needed to do procurement.2) Roll out Workplace by Facebook to GovTech Show less
