  I provide operational insight to IT and Project Management professionals, and have helped to design and test new patient care software. During testing I am responsible for using multiple platforms to log and track progress on solving various issues and bugs. I have also helped to refine business requirement documentation and to develop user test cases based on said requirements. Other responsibilities have included updating company policy and procedure documents to current best practices, and providing technical assistance to other subject matter experts. Show less I work within a team environment where communication and teamwork are critical to make sure life-saving prescriptions are delivered in a timely fashion. As a level three technician I am trained in all of the various disease states that Diplomat services. Duties include processing new medication referrals and refills, finding and billing the correct benefit for the medication, and communicating with prescriber offices and patients.
