      During my placement year at Majestic Wine Warehouse, I gained comprehensive experience in retail and commercial sales within the wine and spirits industry. Working across two regional stores, I focused on delivering outstanding customer service while deepening my product knowledge of wines and spirits.I collaborated with store managers to implement and drive sales campaigns, achieving national recognition for sales volume performance during promotional periods. I supported the delivery of key commercial accounts by working closely with Business Development Managers and ensured effective in-store execution of merchandising and stock availability through liaising with supply teams.I also analysed and reported on store performance data to regional managers, contributing to strategic decision-making to maximise sales outcomes.
