  I am a Sr. Case manager for a Criminal Justice Agency. I oversee clients for each borough in 8 different residential treatment program. I Supervise the outpatient case management team and clients. I refer all clients to detox/rehab, residential, and outpatient substance abuse treatment programs. I enter all clients into the HRA Stars tracking system. I track, monitor, and enter all intakes into the AWARDS system. I make monthly visits to all residential treatment programs to visit the clients. Once a week I go to the compliance Court part to update the Judge on the clients progress in treatment. I have recently been hired as the AEP supervisor at Bronx TASC. Show less Evaluate potential clients to determine program eligibility and refer to appropriate services including mental health services, job training, drug treatment etc.Review, approve and assign referrals to determine defendant’s eligibility for services based on program criteria.Provide coverage in the absence of supervisor; provide supervisory duties as assigned.Interface with rehabilitation program personnel to facilitate placement of clients and follow up on treatment so as to prepare written status reports to present to the Court.Extensive collaboration and cooperation with Defense Attorneys, Prosecutors, Judges, and Court Personnel. Supervise or train entry-level court liaisons, Administrative Staff, and Interns. Arrange who will be taking clients to the drug treatment programs.Create and distribute reports for the District Attorneys Office and Bronx TASC on a monthly basis.Make referrals to residential drug treatment programs, as well as out patient drug treatment programs.Oversee all clients placed into residential treatment from Brooklyn, Queens, Staten Island, and the Bronx.   I am the new Senior Case manager at BASICS residential drug treatment program. I am the legal liaison as well as doing out reach for the program. I am over the RSC grant and report frequently to DCJS. As well as supervise the Admissions department. I work closely with the clinical and operations team to ensure we are providing excellent services to the clients.
