This is the basis for the branches monthly targets, working out where can be improved in order to enhance profitability -Creating sale targets for team to meet. this is measured daily, weekly and monthly.- On boarding and training new staff, ensuring weekly targets are set. monthly performance reviews to make sure new staff are preforming to their ability. - Ensuring the customer has a great experience is also a massive part of the position. I am required to be able to extract as much information for the customer as possible. the more information given, the better chance of a quick and successful visit. - Instruct workshop of complaint and manage work/ time frames, to ensure the agreed resolution time is met. This includes a 5 days turnaround goal for breakdown situations.- Provide repair cost to customer, which is vital. A customer is more understanding when communicating is done throughout. Initial diagnostics may be different to what is found when further diagnostic is completed. Customers are more receptive when they have been advised along the way, rather than hit with a large estimate. - Emergency Breakdowns, is an additional to my role, which was suited due to my experience with Enterprise Rent-A-Car. This includes ensuring the customers vehicle is recovered and a loan vehicle is given to the customer. A breakdown is traumatic, and it is my job to ensure the process is made as easy as possible. I will be in constant communication with my customer, updating on everything from vehicle arrival, to vehicle delivery. - Upsell products and services which will benefit customers.
