Learnt about factors affecting water quality, treatment of water in the Plants.Analyzed the Sewage/Wastewater treatment process and the factors affecting the quality of water. Various tests involving the use of pH meter, TDS and TSS meter were also carried out to check water quality before, during and after the treatment was carried out. Other tests including measuring the MLSS, COD and BOD of the water . Conducting these experiments revealed how harmful water can be if the above measured characteristics of water don't lie between permissible ranges. Show less
