  I worked as an intramural referee for my first year at Syracuse University (Fall 2016 - Spring of 2017). Officiating intramural games requires self confidence.My second year I became an intramural sports supervisor. This job entails setting up the venues, mentoring referees, holding referee clinics and providing referees with feedback for them to improve. The RA job entails many different challenges and experiences. Among them are creating bulletin-boards, planning engaging floor activities and events, creating a positive floor environment and taking responsibility not just for your own life, but that of your residents as well and helping them with whatever they need. This job has impacted and drastically improved my communication, time-management and self-discipline skills. Assisted with game day operations for various Syracuse University Division 1 athletic programs. Duties included activating promotions during games, operating music and in-game LED board elements, crowd management and monitoring credentials of personnel.

  As part of my internship over the summer, I helped organize the IBSA Blindfootball European Championships. My responsibilities included organizing and communicating with volunteers, creating time tables for venues and teams, helping with promotional events, as well as website translations, maintenance and publishing information. Furthermore I helped prepare and run the event for the drawing of teams in the group stage and learned to use Eventbrite to create events and sell tickets. Lastly, I was responsible for the 10,000€ budget for a video wall at the event location, as well as the production, design and ordering of medals for the participants, 3rd place, 2nd place and the Champion.   The Special Olympics World Games Berlin 2023 were the largest inclusive sport event in the world and the largest sport event in Germany since the 1972 Summer Olympics.
