  Department: Business Intelligence PracticeActivity:• Customer Experience Advance Analysis project: The objective of this projects is to analysis customer experience for HP's product. I was involved in below items:1. Discussing the requirements with USA Project Manager and India DEV team.2. Customizing Python and Shell applications to crawl the data from Radian 6 of Salesforce system, and ingest the twitter content, and send it to Hadoop.3. Converting the raw xml from radian 6 to IDX for feed Autonomy(Enterprise Big Data Analysis platform)4. Using Autonomy to ingest the downloaded data, and do the sentiment analysis.5. Exporting the Autonomy data with sentiment to Hadoop for business analysis.6. Writing the technical design documentation and User Guide• GRS projects: The objective of this project is to crawl HP internal Sharepoint and Web site, visualization the data for user to search by Autonomy. My work is use the Autonomy module to Crawl Sharepoint documents, exp. word, sheet, PowerPoint etc. And HP Internal Site for ES business, then process the document by Lua Script before ingest into Autonomy database. It is the process of aligning & optimizing labor demand and supply. It‘s a project for ES business. The project used Erwin as the Data Modeling tool, the DM metadata stored in SQL SERVER, and used Dial and Informatica to extract, transform and loading data from multiple data source, exp. flat file, Relational database to EDW. Then use the Tidal and write some customized shell scripts to schedule the ETL job and process the source data. I was involved in leading the China and Mexico ETL team, to analysis the requirement from business, and implement whole ETL process. And make sure our code move to production with no issue.• HRDD projects: HRDD stands for Human Resource Data Delivery, the objective of this project is to extract HP global HR information to HP EDW. The project used shell script to pull the flat file data from HR site interface, and pre-process the data. Then used the Informatica to extract, transform and loading data, and sent the processed data to EDW by HPSB, I was involved in lead China Team to implement the shell scripts, Informatica Mappings, Sessions, Workflows and Tidal job according to business requirement, and coordinate with QC to make sure the data quality.Technology: Dial(internal ETL tools), Informatica 9.5, Shell, Erwin, Sql Server, SeaQuest(EDW), Tidal Show less Department:Enterprise ServiceActivity:• SAP BW projects: The objective of this practice projects is to practice our ability about SAP BW, Start with analysis requirements, and design the SAP BW’s data flow, last implement the design in the SAP BW practice system. The whole process from loading data of flat file into SAP BW system to reporting the data using BEx and BO.• ORACLE ETL projects: The objective of this project is to practice our ability about ETL . The project used pl/sql tool to extract, transform and loading data from operational database.
