  Member of the Playback Optimization team at Prime Video, which innovates solutions to improve video playback experience.1. Implemented a front-end feature using React and Typescript to display a toast notification that the customer can click through. The notifications display troubleshooting tips to customers experiencing video streaming issues.2. Built a data-processing framework using Kibana, Elastic Search, AWS SNS, AWS SQS, and AWS Lambda to enable visualizations and queries of customer data at large scale.3. Added a bitrate quality selection feature to the Prime Video Android player application using Kotlin and Android Studio. The feature used artificial intelligence to enhance the bitrate quality of videos streamed on Prime Video.4. Architected and developed a new feature using Typescript and React on Prime Video’s web player. The feature monitors issues impacting quality of experience and sends data about those issues to a backend database using an HTTP API.5. Added data processing features to Prime Video’s Android player using Kotlin and Android Studio. These features enabled efficient real-time aggregation, filtering, and processing of device data.6. Used Java and Typescript CDK to enhance an AWS service infrastructure to publish key network data to a AWS SNS topic, allowing other teams within Prime Video to leverage data collected from our monitoring system.
