Recently led and completed network integration activities associated with AT&T's $85B acquisition of WarnerMedia. Project manager for AT&T Domain 2.0 projects as the company moves toward more virtualized, cloud based and software defined network functions. Lead Technical project manager for U-verse Video Acquisition technologies with annual budget of $150M. Lead AT&T project manager for video encoding platforms, improved video quality and compression, element management and network management systems. Project managed key initiatives associated with Next Gen Video Encoding Platforms, Commercial Advertising Loudness Mitigation (CALM) Act, Emergency Alert Service (EAS), Public, Education and Government (PEG) channels, introduction of first AT&T 3D channel and other key new technology introduction projects.
