      I LOVE PUBLIC PROCUREMENT and I am so happy to be a part of the Olmsted County team! In my role, I lead a group of contract managers and together we work with folks to plan and develop procurement policies and procedures to maintain a coordinated system of purchasing. We promote cost-effective and legal procurement of equipment, supplies, services and major capital improvement and construction projects. We manage the operational and day to day activities of the Purchasing division including budget and training. We build and directs cross-functional partnerships within County departments and develop strong customer relations to communicate policies and procedures, ensure appropriate investment of County resources while meeting the operational needs to meet organizational objectives.
