Supervised and presented the recommendation for this USD 16M project spend over a 24-month period to the Chief Information Officer and Senior Leadership Team.Established the first Cloud and agile project within Europe that upgraded and aligned the existing Customer and Partner Portals to modern web browsers that mitigated a potential GBP 500K/year incremental customer contact agent cost associated with Customers/Partners inability to self-serve.Led the team comprising Corporate Security and Office of General Council to confirm the company's EU GDPR obligation. Defined the process by which the company's IT systems would be assessed against the EU General Data Protection Regulation and delegated the work packages.Led the negotiation between two technology groups to conduct sperate but complementary pilot projects to confirm the most effective project delivery approach. Reduced project cost from USD 12.5M (Budget Plan) to USD 9.3M (Cost Plan).Transformed the Corporate Information Management resource financial cost allocation model by leading a team of 6 subject matter experts utilising Lean Six Sigma Green Belt techniques that resulted in completion of project resource cost reconciliation within the month end financial closure window.Managed a USD 7M two-year multi-supplier programme to deliver an improved field engineer scheduling and mobility solution to the European Customer Services organisation resulting in 20% efficiencies.Accountable for a USD 2M programme that supported the process and system changes required by the divestiture of the European paper business, at the same time as not impacting the retained USD 115M/year European consumables revenue stream.
