Developed an On-the-job Instructor course that trained and certified official basic instructors to implement local qualification standards. Established and supervised deployment requirements that facilitated an eight-month rotation to a foreign country. Implemented training requirements to a section of 100 employees and maintained data via electronic records management systems.
