  After 6 months as technician I got a promotion to shift manager.in this role I learned to work with big systems, with multiple stores and many people.I learned how to manage people and increase sales.and I learned how to deal with a lot of tasks. An apple products technician that calls Expert.passed apple course and was technician for six months.the role include giving support and service to costumers,detecting the problem and if I can fix it(the role doesn't include replacing parts, but fixing software issues and replacing for kits).in this role I learned how to listen for people problems and get to the problem source.
