I assisted in creating multiple grammars capable of recognizing the entire SAS programming language. I wrote major Python programs and clever algorithms which translate over 80% of SAS statements. My primary role consisted of managing the PMO organization's new Contractor recruitment process, formulating metrics for process improvements, and supporting Associate PMs. However, I was able to go outside of my prescribed role and identify interesting opportunities for development. For instance, I created effective data management systems using MS Access and Excel, automated reports using Excel VBA, generated statistics and dashboards for the team using Excel VBA, assisted in implementing a competition using SAS's Cortex system, and delivered a Tech Talk on the Global Agriculture Satellite Revolution to the entire PSD team.
