  - Searched for the inspiration for the next season, provided themes, trends, colours and fabrics range, sketched and transferred designs in technical drawings to be sent to the pattern cutter.- Designed eight collections - 180 designs from a sketch to ready to manufacture sample. 100 - 150 pieces per design were produced, more than 10 carryovers created, which now form a core assortment of the brand. - Structured development process by creating samples development plan and internal tech documentation, which reduced the amount of mistakes made by workers involved in pattern cutting and samples sewing.- Reorganized a supplement of fabrics by directly buying materials myself from stock in Italy, which saved time and gave a fast access to materials in order to start sampling earlier.
