  In this role, I was teaching/training the employees (engineers and managers) of Larsen & Toubro (L&T) on project management courses such as project planning & control, project execution (including productivity improvement & lean construction), project risk and stakeholder management. I also conducted a series of behavioural training to project engineers & leaders of L&T. I co-led the design and development of the Project Management Competency Framework for L&T. The framework led to the development of a four-step Project Leadership Development Programme of L&T called PRAGATI. I managed an organisation-level talent development initiative across L&T - 'Essentials of Project Planning & Control (EPPC)'. EPPC is aimed at developing the professional capabilities of engineers in effectively planning, monitoring & controlling project execution. Under EPPC, about 3000 project professionals are trained in 21 different locations in the country.I was involved in the research and development of project management case studies on large & mega infrastructure projects executed by L&T and co-led the initiative of setting up the L&T Case Centre. I also co-led the design & development of an Advanced Project Leadership Programme (APLP) for Larsen & Toubro in collaboration with IIM Calcutta. APLP is step 2 of PRAGATI, the four-step Project Leadership Development Programme of L&T. I led the Editorial Team of PRISM – A project management magazine within L&T Ltd.I also co-led the creation & delivery of an E-learning course 'Project Management for Engineers' for L&T EduTech.
