  Worked for 4 months as Executive Advisor to the recently appointed CEO and advised on matters of strategy, produced board papers, and developed a Management Information dashboard. Once it became apparent that the organisation required a Project Management Office and Organisational Change Management function, Nadine worked directly with the CIO to set up this area, which included drafting a project delivery framework and introducing the tools required to support it. These tools included portfolio tracking and reporting tools, RAID logs and an Organisational Change Management calendar.Nadine left Greenstone to pursue her dream of opening her own business.
