  Duties and Responsibilities 1.Context analysis • Provide regular contextual security report and share with Coordination2. Security Assessments • Carry out security assessments and evaluations in all PIN area. • Update Security risks assessment upon request, ensure SOPs and others security documents are implemented and share with Coordination and all local staff • Offer appropriate security recommendations to current systems 3. Operational support • With staff in charge of the safety and security in the field, ensure the safety and effective use of all PIN staff, assets and property in the area. • Ensure that each area has a proper communication procedure and a proper tracking of movement of staff and vehicles as per directed by the security department.4. Briefing and training • Provide security briefings for PIN staff with follow-up periodically or when applicable • Aid in security training for the team in the field • Provide advice for the implementing of activities in areas with high security risks 5. Liaison with key stakeholders • Establish a strong relationship with others security actors, including INGO, SNGO and agencies working in the security management field under the security departments directions.• Represent PIN during security meetings if asked by the Coordination • Share security updates with Coordination 6. Reporting • Fill reports in case of security incident and follow up as appropriate • Fill the incident data base for Syria and centralize the national incident data base • Participate in the writing / updating of Country Security Plan and annexes .
