  Responsible for reducing claims from over 4% to under 2% of total orders by either rejecting garments that have a high possibility of damage during processing, repairing garments that were damaged during processing and getting every possible stain out of garments. I also need to make sure every garment that leaves our cleaning facility is up to Washio's high standards; this is done through incentives I have set up along with constant supervision and instruction. At the end of the month I negotiate deductions with our cleaning partner. Show less
