Close follow up with regard to the Timely Receipt of All Leave/Final Settlement of the Employees concerned carried out for Timely Payment as well sending back the relevant documents post the payment action to the concerned. Distribution of Resident Identity Cards/Medical Cards/Arabic Letter, Service Agreements, Termination &Warning Letters of Employees received from Administration Department and sending back the acknowledged copies for further retention.inconvenience to the Occupants. Preparation of Time Sheets for Camp Generators/ Dumper and same forwarded to Site Transport Officer. Carrying out of spot and Surprise checks in the Camp Accommodation to catch hold of those involving in any illegal activities as well to find out of any illegal occupants as well reported to Administration immediate.
