  In 2014 I was offered an internal secondment as Chief of Staff to the EMEA Co-Tax Markets Leader. This role included supporting our EMEA Tax Leadership Team with creating and driving out strategic initiatives across the region, particularly focused on assessing the impact of Mandatory Firm Rotation. During this time I worked closely with our territory tax and market leaders, as well as their teams to establish a coordinated regional approach and strengthen our regional relationships.In 2016 I moved into a new global position as Chief of Staff to the Global Tax Priority Accounts, Proposals and Pricing Leader for 75% of my time. This role reports directly into our Global Tax Clients and Markets Leader. This new role builds upon my driver skills and personal network from my previous EMEA role, as I work with our Global Leadership Team to co-create and roll-out key strategic initiatives. My responsibilities within this role include driving our Global Tax Priority Account programme, and coordinating with our Lead Tax Partners, Industry and Tax Network Leadership to develop opportunities on these accounts. I am also responsible for proposal reporting into the Global Leadership Team. For the balancing 25% of my time, I work within our Global Mobility Global BD Team, supporting our Partners and Teams from across the world who provide these services with best in class client business development practices. My assistance ranges from high-level conversations providing tips on best practice in developing client relationships, through to writing and managing the proposal process including writing, reviewing formal RFP responses and coaching of orals. The people I work with regularly comment on my ability to deliver complex projects with minimal fuss and on time, while keeping my sense of humour throughout. I am also recognised for having an extensive and effective personal network across different areas of our global firm. Show less
