  Worked on a project to utilize RFID solutions in Japan and global UNIQLO stores that makes more efficient stock management(stock management, stocktaking, logistics etc.) using RFID handheld scanner, table scanner, RFID tag printer and other RFID equipments. Operation manager of Work Planning System(Weekly and Daily work shift management system for global Uniqlo stores). Managed new project for new iOS application of this system. Implemented to 800 stores in Japan and more than 2000 group stores in global countries(Greater China, ASEAN, EU, US). Got deep insight in controlling labor cost with work shift management in retail store.
