  Our Mission was to establish Project Management Office as the unique solution for managing of expanding portfolio of projects. - Designing and implementing a complex cost management system from budgeting to cost control in a high-inflation situation in the country with a live management dashboard that shows the critical cost elements such as budget at completion, committed costs, and budget deviations.- Designing and implementing projects’ live Time Management Dashboard with incredible capabilities such as the best and worst subcontractors, areas, and activities based on critical path method.- Developing an automated feasibility analysis tool that estimates proposed projects’ cost and master schedule to create project outflow combined with project inflow generated from off-plan sales in some minutes. The feasibility analysis report contains IRR, MIRR, NPV, and MNPV for investors and suggests ownership shares to balance the rate of return for all parties.- Implementing a knowledge management platform to gather, validate, store, and publish projects lessons learned.- Performing modifications on projects' Engineering, Procurement, and Construction methods and processes to avoid former failures in future projects.- Establishing a PMIS software for the whole company to facilitate workflows and documentation of projects and headquarter activities.
