  I worked to increase voter awareness and participation so that the Democratic Voter turnout in my precinct, in percentages, is consistently the highest in the county. I recruited and trained district leaders, starting the Round Table meetings for all district leaders to receive training. I served as the temporary district leader of two areas: Warwick from 2007 - 2009 and Solanco from 2008 - 2009. I contacted and activated over 1200 county volunteers in nine weeks to be involved with the 2004 presidential election. I used a newly created IT system to organize a volunteer file which is still in use. Working closely with the Chair, I helped to bring organization and energy into the precinct and county level of politics.

  I recruit and train leadership within the county party, preside over the Executive Board meetings, serve on the PA State Democratic Committee, raise funds, set political goals and create action plans, communicate with elected officials and leaders across the state.
