      Exceeded FY2010 funding goal by 14.6% ($335K) in an extremely difficult fundraising climate. Secured HCFA's first federal grant. $410K grant from Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services to enroll uninsured children in health insurance. Directed policy agenda for nationally-renowned, MA consumer advocacy organization focused on creating a consumer-centered health care. Managed HCFA's 14 policy staff to achieve a broad, unprecedented portfolio of health policy victories across 3 legislative sessions and 6 state budgets. Directed HCFA's $2.6 million annual fundraising campaign. Mapped strategic direction, led team-building and staff restructuring during executive director transition. Directed statewide, first-in-the-nation, health care reform campaign supported by the unprecedented 67-member ACT! Coalition of consumers, patients, community and religious organizations, businesses, labor unions, doctors, hospitals, and community health centers. Designed and executed 1,000 person State House advocacy event where more than 60 consumers and 20 organizations testified.

Conceptualized, designed, and implemented innovative, school-wide leadership development program. Awarded Annual Staff Recognition Award in 2013 for exemplary contributions to the HSPH community.
